Our current studio is a 480 square foot single-room space, entry / waiting area + office/storage room.
Restroom is located just outside the front door.

- Paper Roll (Used as backdrop, not to stand on) $10

Payments
All Payments must be made in advance upon reserving the space. Note there is a 3.5% Credit Card service fee in addition to the rental fees. We accept credit cards over the phone or cash. If you pay in cash, we will still require a credit card deposit and verify the card is active by charging $1.00 to the card which is not refunded.
